Terms and Conditions – Property Button 2026 Giveaway Draw

1. Promoter and Eligibility

1.1 Promoter:

Property Button, Quinsborough Road, Bray, Co. Wicklow, Ireland.

1.2 Eligibility:

The Draw is open to registered Property Button user agents aged 18 or over. Employees of Property Button and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

1.3 Entry Mechanism:

Participants receive one (1) automatic entry into the relevant Draw when they successfully complete a switch service through the Property Button platform during the defined Entry Period.

1.4 Entry Limits:

Each completed switch counts as one (1) entry. Multiple switches of the same type for the same property within the same Entry Period will not generate additional entries.

1.5 Draw Structure:

The 2026 Giveaway Draw is conducted in six (6) rounds. Entries do not roll over—each Draw requires a new qualifying switch.

2. Prizes

Prizes may vary and are subject to availability. The specific prize for each Draw will be confirmed in promotional materials.

  • Winners will be contacted within five (5) business days of the Draw date.
  • Winners must accept the prize within two (2) business days of notification. If acceptance is not received, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.
  • Winners will be announced on Property Button’s social media channels and/or email communications.

Experience-based prizes are subject to provider availability and may include date or time restrictions.

Unless expressly stated, travel, accommodation, meals, transfers, and all related expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner.

No cash alternative is offered unless explicitly stated by the Promoter.



3. Travel, Safety & Insurance Requirements

3.1 Winner Responsibility for Insurance:

All winners must arrange and maintain their own travel, health, and personal liability insurance for any prize involving travel, attendance at an event, or participation in an experience. Property Button does not provide insurance of any kind.

3.2 Travel Liability Waiver:

By accepting a prize involving travel or attendance at any location, the winner acknowledges and agrees that:

  • They participate at their own risk.
  • Property Button is not responsible for any travel-related incidents, including but not limited to illness, injury, accidents, loss of belongings, delays, cancellations, strikes, adverse weather, or failure to meet travel or event provider requirements.
  • Winners must ensure they hold valid identification, documentation, visas, and comply with all travel and event provider rules.

3.3 Third-Party Providers:

Property Button is not responsible or liable for the acts, omissions, or service quality of third-party travel, accommodation, event, or experience providers.



4. General Terms

4.1 Disputes:

The Promoter’s decision is final in all matters relating to the Draw.

4.2 Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no liability for:

  • Injury, loss, damage, or disappointment arising from participation in the Draw
  • Inability to use, attend, or redeem a prize
  • Travel delays, cancellations, alterations, or restrictions
  • Acts or omissions of third-party providers

4.3 Force Majeure:

The Promoter may amend, suspend, or cancel the Draw if circumstances arise beyond its control.

4.4 Prize Transfer:

Prizes are non-transferable unless expressly permitted in writing by the Promoter.

4.5 Entry Errors:

The Promoter is not responsible for lost, delayed, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for technical issues affecting participation.

4.6 Winner Transparency:

The winner’s name and agency may be included in Property Button communications for reasons of fairness, transparency, and compliance.
