Property Button Referral Programme and Joanne McNally Giveaway — Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Property Button, [insert registered company name and registered address] (“Property Button”, “we”, “us”).
2. Promotion period
The limited-time €100 referral fee offer and Joanne McNally giveaway run from the date this email is issued until 23:59 on 26 November 2026. Referrals received after this time will not qualify for the €100 referral fee or giveaway entry.
3. Eligibility
The promotion is open to agents resident in the Republic of Ireland. Employees of Property Button, their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded.
4. How to make a referral
To make a referral, email support@propertybutton.ie with the referred company’s name and a contact person’s details. Alternatively, the referred agency may mention the referrer’s full name when signing up to Property Button.
5. What is a qualifying referral?
A qualifying referral must:
- Be a new property company, letting agent, estate agent, local authority, Approved Housing Body or relocation company not already known to, or in active discussions with, Property Button.
- Complete an initial Property Button demonstration or discovery meeting.
- Meet Property Button’s qualification criteria as a prospective customer.
- Sign up to use Property Button’s service.
Property Button’s decision on whether a referral qualifies is final.
6. €100 referral fee
The referrer will receive €100 cash for each qualifying referral. Payment will be made within 30 days of the referred company signing up to Property Button, subject to Property Button receiving the information reasonably required to process payment.
The usual referral fee is €50. The €100 fee applies only to qualifying referrals received during the promotion period.
7. Multiple referrals for the same company
Where the same company is referred by more than one person, the referral fee and any associated giveaway entry will be awarded only to the first eligible referrer whose referral is received by Property Button. Property Button’s records will determine the first referral received.
8. Giveaway entry and prize
Each qualifying referral received during the promotion period gives the eligible referrer one entry into the draw to win:
- Two Joanne McNally Pinotphile tickets at the 3Arena; and
- One €200 Anxious Preoccupied gift voucher.
No purchase is necessary to enter the giveaway. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered. Tickets and voucher are subject to the relevant venue, event organiser and voucher-provider terms and conditions. Travel, accommodation and any other expenses are not included.
9. Winner selection and notification
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the closing date. The winner will be contacted using the details held by Property Button within 1 day of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 3 days, Property Button may select an alternative winner.
10. Prize delivery
The prize will be provided within 1 week of the giveaway closing date, unless Property Button notifies the winner otherwise. If any part of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside Property Button’s reasonable control, we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The winner must have an active tickermaster.ie account.
11. Publicity
By entering, participants agree that Property Button may publish the winner’s first name and agency, or make these details available on request, unless the winner objects for a legitimate privacy reason.
12. A photograph of the winner may be displayed on our social media for marketing purposes.
13. Data protection
Personal information will be used only to administer the referral programme and giveaway, contact entrants and provide prizes, in line with Property Button’s Privacy Policy.
14. General
Property Button may refuse, remove or disqualify any referral or entry that is incomplete, misleading, fraudulent or submitted in breach of these terms. Property Button may amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
